Aims of the project:
- Increasing the number of students and graduates in the teaching profession for VET schools in the vocational fields of metal and electrical engineering,
- profiling and developing the structures of teacher training for VET schools according to the approach and/or acquisition of new target-groups ("motivation") and selection of qualified applicants ("matching"), as well as
- Optimisation and consolidation regarding the offer of target-group-specific support and mentoring for teacher training students for VET schools at the universities of Hanover and Osnabrück and their transfer to other university locations.
