- Programme development as well as professional planning and management as a field of professionalisation for adult education (education management, education controlling),
- Teaching-learning processes in further education and their meso-/microdidactic design,
- Individual participation in continuing education in specific fields and regions,
- Digitisation and diversity as cross-cutting issues,
- Development of theoretical concepts and metastructures of work-oriented, pre-vocational and vocational education of disadvantaged people,
- Structures and offers of vocational support for disadvantaged persons,
